Funders & Partners

Helderleigh Foundation

Nutrition Connections has been housed within the Ontario Public Health Association since 1999. We are also a proud partner of The Helderleigh Foundation in our renewed mandate to be your source for nutrition knowledge and food literacy in Ontario. Nutrition Connections and The Helderleigh Foundation view our partnership as a unique opportunity to advance our shared goal of championing food literacy knowledge, policy and practice.

Together, we will support our stakeholders by:

  • Increasing the size of our network to advance public policy related to healthy eating and food literacy;
  • Providing a knowledge hub, where nutrition and food literacy data can be turned into actionable resources and interventions;and
  • Addressing the food literacy gaps and opportunities within the children and younger families’ segments.

Nutrition Connections also works with local, provincial and national organizations on projects, research, resources and other activities designed to support healthy eating and nutrition initiatives.

Together, we have accomplished a lot. Here’s a look.

Below you will see our many partners—and these are just some of many experts we are connecting with on an ongoing basis. Nutrition Connections continues to work across provincial and federal networks to build partnerships to build and exchange knowledge, while advocating for better nutrition for healthy living.
