Forest Meets Farm Toolkit
With funding from the Greenbelt Foundation, a series of four hands-on and experiential workshops were designed for four northern Ontario high schools highlighting foraging, hunting & fishing, farming and preserving. This toolkit, consisting of a manual and two webinar recordings, provides an overview of the program, along with lesson plans, recipes, and evaluation methodology and results to allow educators in other regions to adapt the program to their own local needs.
