Satter Division of Responsibility in Feeding

The Satter Division of Responsibility in Feeding (sDOR) involves parents taking leadership with the what, when, and where of feeding and letting their child decide how much and whether to eat what parents provide. Parents and caregivers who follow Satter Division of Responsibility (sDOR) with their child(ren), say that their lives have been transformed! While the principles are straightforward, the success of Satter Division of Responsibility (sDOR) is in the details.
