Set with the goal of improving resilience in children experiencing all the challenges COVID has brought, Pam Fanjoy wrote the book, called ‘Shooting Stars: A wish for healing and togetherness.’ It’is the first published work by Fanjoy, a mental health professional turned chef extraordinaire.
