In your purchase confirmation email you will receive a letter of agreement. Please sign it and email it to Marissa at mlustri@opha.on.ca. Once the agreement has been received, we will contact you to provide your organization’s logo and/or contact information that you would like to be added to the resource. You will then be emailed a copy of the high resolution PDF file with the discussed customizations. With this license you have the ability to share the electronic resource.
