Cooking with the Good Food Box Manual: A Food Skills Program for Adults Emphasizing Vegetables and Fruit
This manual was designed for community agencies or volunteers to introduce and build food skills in adults by preparing food and eating together. The manual includes 12 lessons on different nutrition and healthy eating topics and are accompanied by tips on kitchen and food safety, as well as workshop evaluation tools.
