
Diabetes Canada 2018 Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Prevention and Management of Diabetes in Canada
The Diabetes Canada Clinical Practice Guidelines are intended to guide practice; inform general patterns of care; enhance diabetes prevention efforts in Canada; and reduce the burden of diabetes complications. The intended users of these guidelines are all health-care professionals that are involved in the management of people with diabetes and those at risk of developing diabetes; but can also be used by people living with this chronic disease. Chapter 11, specifically focuses on Nutrition Therapy for people with Diabetes. There is also a Quick Reference Guide.
