
Food Policy for Canada
The first-ever Food Policy for Canada aims to help Canada build a healthier and more sustainable food system that also supports growth for farmers, producers, and food businesses in Canada. The four action areas are: 1) Help Canadian Communities Access Healthy Food, 2) Make Canadian Food the Top Choice at Home and Abroad, 3) Support Food Security in Northern and Indigenous Communities, and 4) Reduce Food Waste.
