
Food Skills Programming Environmental Scan
This report by Nutrition Connections (previously the Nutrition Resource Centre) summarizes an environmental scan of food skills programs being implemented by Ontario public health units (PHUs), community health centres (CHCs), and key community-based organizations operating within Ontario were identified. The purpose of this resource is to provide public health professionals with a deeper understanding of the programs and resources that are being utilized to address food skills development in the general population.
