
Healthy Eating After School: Integrating Healthy Eating into After-School Physical Activity initiatives
A Health Canada report that shares published and unpublished information on the integration of healthy eating and food skills into after-school physical activity initiatives. The report includes a collection of current information, initiatives and programming from Canada and abroad. Four main case studies of after-school healthy eating and physical activity initiatives are presented in detail with an in-depth discussion of lessons learned and future directions. Additional U.S. and Canadian program examples are provided along with the contact information and other resources.
