The EAT-Lancet Commission Summary Report

This report is an adapted summary of the Commission Food in The Anthropocene: the EAT-Lancet Commission on Healthy Diets From Sustainable Food Systems. It sets out global scientific targets for healthy diets and sustainable food production, including a shift towards a largely plant-based diet, significant reductions in food waste, and a shift to sustainable, high-quality food production.
