
Towards a Food Strategy for Saskatoon – Saskatoon Regional Food Assessment and Action Plan
This report provides comprehensive findings from the Saskatoon Regional Food Assessment, followed by recommendations and next steps toward creating a food strategy for the Saskatoon region. The research examines regional and provincial food system trends and factors for change, and attempts to identify levers to improve the food system. The community food assessment was positioned to inform the development of a food strategy for the Saskatoon region.
